There are 2 options for filling in your application forms: 

Option 1: Complete the writable pdf document on your PC or mobile phone

• You have the option to complete the writable pdf document on your PC or mobile before printing out. Simply click on the link and start typing in your information on the documents. Once completed, print out the documents containing your information.

Option 2: Print out the pdf and fill in the documents with a pen.

• If you want cut down on your screen time, simply open the pdf, print out the documents, and fill in the details in pen.

All documents need to be hand delivered to school before the deadline 14 April 2026. Completed applications will be accepted by appointment only. Please contact Carter High at admissions@carterhigh.co.za  to schedule an appointment to hand in your application. Application deadline is 14 April 2026.
